About Sophie

I am a life-long cat lady who loves caring for cats at all ages and stages. I've grown up in a family of cat-lovers for my 22 years of life, and have been helping care for them since I could lift a litter scoop. I find particular fulfillment in helping cats that are senior, in hospice, or reactive. We took care of my grandmother's ancient diabetic cat who came to us during the pandemic, and it taught me a lot about caring for senior felines. While away at college I volunteered my time at a local shelter to help socialize their more feral cats, and also helped administer medicine, cut nails, and daily chores like litter boxes and food/water refilling, and dish washing. I have spent a lot of time with kittens as well, and am well versed in their energy needs. I have cared for cats from 2 months old to 21 years old. I am willing to meet every cat exactly where they are and am extremely patient. I will always cater to you and your cats needs to give them the best experience possible.
