About Sophie

My most recent position was this summer as a mother's helper for the sweetest 2-year-old. I prepared meals, changed diapers, read stories, and all different kinds of interactive play. Along with keeping a close eye on him, anyone with a child around his age understands how quickly they shift from one thing to another. Growing up I have always been a caregiver for my brother, while my parents were at work. Having a brother who is 4 years younger than me has taught me a lot about patience; even more so when he would have 3-4 other boys over. My tasks consisted of meal prep, making sure everyone is safe, following through with my parent's expectations for when they come home, and being there to help with homework, etc. I have a kind and understanding nature, which has always made me a natural caregiver. I have experience with children as young as 1. 5 years to young teens! Look forward to hearing from you.
