About Sophie

I started working with kids when I was 12. I have watched all ages in almost every situation (at home, the park, the swimming pool, school activities, etc)! The family I worked with the longest had three rowdy children between the ages of 5-11. They were definitely a handful, but I have always believed that if a babysitter does activities with the kid, they will be better behaved and have a good time! One thing you should know about me is that I genuinely love kids. The older I get, the more I appreciate their outlook on life and how they experience the world. I nannied my two nieces this summer and it filled my cup watching them have fun and just be kids. While it is my job to keep children safe and make sure they follow the rules, I believe it is also my job to help them have the best childhood they can.
