Sophie was wonderful at getting back to me at first. We had set up a time for the following week to do in person meeting. The day comes. I confirm no message no communication. I ask if everything‘s fine zero communication and never getting back to me follow through is very bad and quite rude. I believe in full communication, especially with hiring someone, definitely not professional!
