About Sophia

Hello! I'm Sophia and I recently graduated from the University of Oregon in June 2024 with a B. S. in Business Administration. As far as childcare, I have 7 years of experience caring for children. I started babysitting when I was 16 years old (I'm turning 23 this May!) along with working at my local daycare for a year, caring for children ages 6mo-12yrs old in Beaverton, OR. (w/ extensive experience w/ babies and younger children). I love caring for kids, which is why I have been doing it for quite some time now! I have experience bringing in employers' groceries, keeping the home clean, preparing well-balanced meals, all while keeping children happy and safe. Some things I value in my employment is clear communication from the start with regard to pay, hours expected per week, and overall job duty expectations. I am moving to NYC by May 1st and would love to find something full-time/close to full-time if possible (~30-45 hrs/week). Thank you & feel free to reach out!
