About Sophia

Hi, my name is Sophia. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Environmental Policy and I am currently pursuing teacher certification in the state of New Jersey. I've spent the past six months working for Healthy Kids Programs, an afterschool program. I currently work as a teaching assistant and one to one aid at Zane North Elementary School in Collingswood. I also have spent the last year providing extra support for elderly patients at the independent living at Lion's Gate. I'm open to working before and after school and weekends with children and pets. School ends at the end of June, and I can transition to full time care at that point. My current experience is with children ages 3-10, but I am open to working with older children. I have a car, so I can do school pickup and drop off, as well as running errands. My favorite activities to do with kids are arts and crafts and gardening. I like working with kids because I think it is incredible to watch them be so excited by the world.
