About Sophia

I'm a senior at San Diego State University majoring in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. My passion is to work with children, and I hope to make a positive impact on their lives. With three years of experience as an Assistant Teacher and a Youth Leader for a Day Program, I'm skilled in early childhood development and education. I am patient and calm, I enjoy fostering a safe, nurturing environment for children to grow and learn. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method. From playing board games and puzzles to engaging in educational games that promote learning, I love making playtime fun and interactive. I'm also happy to help with carpooling and light housekeeping, and I'm First Aid and CPR trained. I look forward to meeting you and learning more about your family's needs!
