About Sophia

Communication begins with deep listening. Spending time deeply listening to families helps me learn the values and care for families in a way that strengthens. I've dedicated the last 10 years of my life doing this meaningful work with families. It begun with becoming a licensed massage therapist and starting my business as woman and family focused care by doing primarily pregnancy massage and teaching infant massage, then I became a certified labor and postpartum doula and was a volunteer in the NICU. My work in postpartum care lead me to my career in Nannying, and I couldn't be more fulfilled by serving the community by helping families in this way. While I no longer provide the other services that brought me here, I like to acknowledge the skills and experience they have given me.
