We only got as far as a phone interview. I was waiting for Sophia to move into town to meet up and do a proper interview in person. I planned to hire her. That's when she ghosted me and never returned messages! I waited for over a week and needed her help the following week! Long story short she put me in a serious bind! I don't believe she is a reliable person and must also be quite immature for ignoring me! In the end it's probably good it didn't work out because she obviously would have pulled something like this when working for me! Don't bother with her, just keep moving.
