Sophia is punctual, reliable, and she made an effort to engage my daughters on their level when it was necessary. She was very flexible with her times when it was needed, and she always communicated with me well in advance of any commitments that would interfere with our agreed upon schedule. I would recommend her to anyone. My daughters also wanted to make sure that I mention that they give Ms. Sophia 5-Stars as well.
