About Sophia

I'm an experienced caregiver with 5 years of experience in childcare, driven by a passion for helping children grow and develop. I believe in fostering a safe and nurturing environment where children feel free to express themselves. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication with parents. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring the children's safety and well-being. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles with children, and I also love taking them to nearby attractions like pools and playgrounds. I'm certified in First Aid and CPR. I am also a licensed PCT in pediatrics and adults, and am graduating this May (2025) with a college degree in Neuroscience from Indiana University. Then I will be in Charleston full time. I speak English and am comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages. I can also assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, etc. Looking forward to connecting with you!
