I have experience cleaning rentals and private residences. The only thing I'd ask is that you provide 100% of the cleaning materials for the essential cleaning. I personally think it's more sanitary to have personal cleaning products for every home, no two houses will ever share the same cleaning cloth. That is highly unsanitary. Disposable paper towels are preferred for bathroom deep cleans. I'm a very detail oriented person and will leave the place looking brand new!
