About Sophia

Hi! My name is Sophia, I am a second-year student at Cal Poly, however, I have been local to the central coast for 9 years. I have a lot of experience helping children with learning disabilities, etc. I have over 9 years of experience taking care of kids, starting off with my young nieces and nephews, to now having helped everyone from newborn to adult. I am currently helping a 93-year-old woman, so senior care is in my wheelhouse as well! I'm a very creative thinker, and often times I love playing games or playing 'movie theatre' or 'restaurant' with kids. I always encourage creative thinking and love doing crafts or baking/cooking with kids! I am fingerprinted with the state and have gone through the training necessary for senior care. (IHHS) I am apart of the Scholars Program at Cal Poly, I love animals and writing. I am a frequent house sitter for family and friends in my neighborhood as well! I hope to hear from you soon!
