I worked as a High School Math Teacher in Washington, DC from 2010-2015. I also regularly tutored students who came to me for extra help. After teaching for 5 years I went back to school to complete a post-baccalaureate pre-medical program while continuing to tutor students on occasion. Most recently I have been tutoring Geometry and Pre-Algebra. I have professional experience teaching/tutoring in the following areas: middle school, high school, and college-level: Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus. I enjoy working with students of all ages and helping them better understand difficult topics in math. I have also helped students in physics, anatomy, biochemistry and am available to tutor other content areas as well.
