About Sophia

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, outgoing, energetic. I enjoy guiding kids during their learning and discovery phases of childhood. It allows everlasting memories for them and it gives a sense of responsibility. I started working with kids since I was 13 volunteering to watch them at church, due to my experience with kids this is a good step for me. My approach to children is positive reinforcement, redirection when emotions are high, conflict resolutions between siblings, open to using any methods that work for your family. Im looking for a job that has good communication, stability, flexibility and structured schedule, good atmosphere, understanding and fun. I play music, write songs, and go to the gym as hobbies. One thing you should know is i'm CPR, AED certified through redcross. I used to swim instruct all ages for about a year. My skills include good with kids, I'm nice, good with cooking, entertaining, cleaning, patience, schedule and rule implementing.
