About Sophia

Hi! My name is Sophia and I am 18 years old. I am a recent graduate from high school who is preparing to go to college to study child psychology. I am super crafty and enjoy cooking as well as baking. I want to make my career working with young children and so would appreciate getting as much experience with them as possible. I am highly empathetic and gentle and can set boundaries when necessary. I love pets as well and have experience walking dogs and taking care of cats. I am happy to also manage summer tutoring as well as basic childcare needs. I look forward to helping you with your child's summer care needs! :) I'd describe my personality as gentle, imaginative, and compassionate. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old, babysitting for neighbors. I quickly realized I loved it and a year later started regularly babysitting for other people, mostly families with more than one child.
