About Sophia

Hello my name is Sophia! I am 20 years old working as an NA. Lately my experience is within the senior community, still I value the time spent and experience gained while working with children. In the beginning my experience started while working within my church's nursery and kids group. I worked within the church for 4 years. In another setting, while working as a Nursing Assistant at a hospital I started as a float and had the opportunity to visit the pediatric floor every once in a while over the course of an additional 4 years. There is so much I've learned while working as a NA among the senior community, but still I am fascinated at how much the younger generations have taught me. When it comes to creativity, imagination, confidence and perspective, children have moved me more than what I have learned from advice elsewhere. I am excited and eager to broaden my caregiving career and to open new doors professionally and personally working with the younger generations!
