Hello, My name is Sophia and my passion is to help children and their families with developmental delays to unlock their fullest potential by advocating, educating and promoting healthy developmental strategies. My Credentials include a master's in special education early childhood Birth-grade 2, teaching credentials in CA & NY such as an education specialist: in early childhood special education, and DIR/Floortime Parent Coach Provider Certified. For the last few years, I have had wonderful opportunities to work closely with parents and their children (including those with autism, developmental delays, learning disabilities, noncompliant behavior, and physical challenges and are at risk for social, communication, behavioral, and or sensory integration difficulties) by Implementing DIR/Floortime Model and providing intervention and parent consultation.
