In 2018, I was assisting with the care of my elderly neighbor (Nicholas). My schedule changed and Nicholas needed additional care that I could not accommodate. Nicholas’ family hired Sophia as his caregiver. I was thrilled to get to know her as she is--an energetic, competent, lively, resourceful woman who anticipated his needs and then fulfilled them. Not only did Sophia ensure that Nicholas was taken care of, the house was always spotless! It still amazes me and brings me joy to this day, how I saw my neighbor thrive from Sophia’s stellar home care and companionship.
