About Sophia

I have worked with the elderly for over a decade. . My skills include proficiency at overnight care, personal care, exercise and keeping my clients entertained and excited about life. I'd describe my personality as warm, sweet and curious. ImThe elderly are the people with the most experience in our world. I feel privileged to be able to learn from them. Some of my past clients have taken me to their jobs with them for assistance there. Others have brought me into their hobbies and travel. I like sharing nutritional information and age & physical health appropriate stretching. I started caring for seniors when my grandmother had a stroke in 1992. I worked with her caregivers and then over time began to work with clients of my own. In my spare time, I like to garden, and work on art projects. I am currently pursuing a nursing degree through PVCC. I am very dedicated to my work. I will take care of your family as well as I take care of my own.
