About Sophia

Hi! I'm Sophia. I have my BFA in Acting, so I'm great with read-aloud voices and deeply committed to play! I have always adored children; I learn from them constantly. I enjoy the journey of getting to know each child as an individual, and developing meaningful, personalized approaches in order to foster growth. I center imagination and learning, fostering a fun and engaging environment for the children in my care. I believe in open communication with parents. Understanding each family's visions and goals for their households enables me to uplift their values and enforce structure. My skill set is varied. In college, I was a Resident Assistant on the Dean's List. I have my Seal of Biliteracy in French, and have tutored students of all ages in a variety of subjects. I love fitness and the outdoors. I have given acting, voice, and dance lessons. I also have an ample amount of experience with special needs children. I look forward to meeting you!
