I have cared for several children with special needs. Living in NY, I worked with a family who had a mentally-challenged mom and her 3-year-old son with oppositional-defiant disorder. It was a tough job, but I loved the experience it gave me, and it felt great helping two individuals who really needed it! I have also worked with children who had Autism, and children with ADD and ADHD. I have also helped out with a 5-year-old girl who had cerebral palsy. I love helping all individuals!
