About Sonya

I have been a nanny for over 12 years and LOVE what I do. Prior to working as a nanny, I have worked in two daycare centers, 1 was at a ski resort in upstate New York teaching children as young as three how to ski. in 2013 I obtained my B. S. in education, however after teaching 3rd grade I realized I already had my dream job so continued working as a many versus teaching. I have many qualifications and certifications, including but not limited to, CPR and First Aid for infant and toddler. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with children of all ages. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to work overnights with 2-week-old triplets to let mommy and daddy get some rest! I have also worked with a 3-year-old diagnosed with ODD and his disabled mother (mentally).
