About Sonia

Hi my name is Sonia. I am originally from Portugal , but came to the USA when I was an infant . I have been in Somerville Ma ever since. I speak fluent Portuguese. I am a loving, nurturing and kind person. I have experience with young children of the ages 2. 5 months to 5 years old . I have been a caregiver in the field for 21 years now and love doing it. I am a good caregiver, because I am committed to helping children and families with their needs as well as being very compassionate person. Furthermore, I take time to bond with the children and their families. I respect their privacy and their beliefs yet I am a professional that can always be a guiding influence. I have been a professional child caregiver in large cooperations and private schools. I always had committed myself to those roles. I have also babysat for former parents of the school's I worked at. During my time with the children, I have always been one to have the children guide me to their interests. I love parks.
