Pros: - Communicative - Punctual Cons - doesn’t interact with child much - doesn’t tidy up play area or put bottles away - makes herself lunch and doesn’t clean up after - doesn’t listen when you ask her to do a particular activity with the child - spends a lot of time distracted on her laptop and phone - got the sense she is distracted on the job due to personal life. - neglectful toward child - child had pretty severe rash Nice person but would not recommend for childcare.
