About Sonia

I'm currently seeking flexible hours within reasonable distance as a caregiver and/or mother's helper. I also have experience with companionship for seniors. My skills include but are not limited to, office management and/or personal assistant administrative tasks. I've worked across all age groups to keep the individuals in my care engaged, while providing a safe place as their stand-in parent. I truly enjoy looking for new ways to make learning practical and fun for all. I'm also a nature lover who enjoys taking long drives, reading, writing, sewing and working on DIY projects in my spare time. I would describe my personality as mature yet silly, analytical, creative, and funny. I'm new to this platform and thus happy to provide a list of references from the families I've worked with prior to joining the Care website. I'm also in pursuit of obtaining a Masters degree in Library science.
