14 plus years experience as both live out and live-in home care aide in private home and retirement facility. Clients cared include dementia, Alzheimer's, stroke, diabetic, hypertension, hospice, incontenence, Parkinson's, cancer, wheel chair bound, spinal surgery, visual and hearing impaired. Familiar with use of hospital bed, walker, wheel chair, commode, shower chair, adult briefs and able to take vital readings. Responsibilities assigned include light meal prep, light house keeping, driving to appointments, errands, taking vitals, communicating with family and designated healthcare providers, maintaining daily journal, encourage physical activity and assist with other daily living activities as required. I have a valid California Drivers license with a reliable car. Willing to drive for work. I am originally from Bhutan.
