About Sofiya

I've known Sofiya since she was a baby—I’m a friend of the family. She’s always been kind, thoughtful, and willing to help out. I’ve hired her for a few odd jobs over the years, and she’s always been reliable and hardworking and going above and beyond. We all go to the same church, and I also know her mother well. Sofiya sings in the church choir and is always a pleasure to listen to. Her mom is a nurse practitioner, and Sofiya often helps out with independent jobs with her away from the nursing home, visiting elderly homes to take care of them. She cleans their houses, cooks for them, helps them bathe, and takes them to their doctor appointments. She has such a caring nature. One time, a friend left me with her dog for two months while she went to Georgia and couldn’t bring him along. She told me the dog was calm and trained - no. He was a handful, and I quickly realized I couldn’t handle him alone. I asked Sofiya for help, and she stepped up without hesitation despite having a full time job. She took him out six times a day, rain or shine, and even started teaching him tricks and potty training him. By the time my friend came back, her dog was better trained than when she left! She’s also amazing with babies and toddlers, always full of energy and patience, she plans all kinds of games and activities for them, I certainly don't have the patience that she does. Overall, she is a wonderful person with a big heart, and I highly recommend her for anything she sets her mind to.
