My name is Sofie, as one of five children I have been surrounded by kids my whole life. I have always loved organizing plays and activities for my siblings and (later on ) the children I babysat. I am not the kind of babysitter who likes to turn on the television and sit on the couch I love to cook, bake, play, and do crafts with the kids I care for. As a summer job I worked at a summer camp for two years as a counselor responsible for up to 12 children at a time. In addition to my experience in childcare, I am also a pianist. I have played piano since I was 10, and have taught piano lessons for the past two years. I am in my senior year of college at the University of Colorado boulder, and I am pursuing a major in English (creative writing) with a minor in french. I am also fully covid vaccinated!

Sophie has been our main part-time nanny for almost a year now and we love her. She's kind, intelligent, dependable, conscientious, caring and has a really wonderful demeanor with our almost 3 year old. As an added bonus she helps straighten up our kitchen and the kids toys at the end of a day and to add to this, she is a wonderful cook (beyond her years) and cooks wonderful meals that we all end up enjoying for the week. She bakes with my daughter, goes on walks, laughs, sings with her and I look forward to my daughter being old enough to learn some piano from her one day. She has been a true gem for us this year and we will keep her as long as she's willing to work for us!
