About Sofia

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, accountable, and creative! I like working with children because I find the experience to be rewarding to both myself and the child, as I build a relationship with the child I am contributing to their overall development, in a positive way. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be creative while caring for the child, and also a positive-environment to do so. I started working with kids when I was still a kid myself, at 14, through my neighborhood connections, and have continued doing so throughout my highschool and early-college years. In my spare time, I like to go on walks, hangout with my friends, try new coffee shops, and paint. One thing you should know about me is that while I am creative, I do work best with a set schedule and objectives for the day. My skills include compassion, decision making, leadership, communication skills, and creativity.
