Hello! My name is Sofia and I'm thrilled to connect with you. I'm a passionate and dedicated college student with a heart for working with children. As a Registered Behavior Technician I have the privilege of working with kids of all ages on the autism spectrum every day. Through my role I provide individualized support and guidance to help children reach their full potential and thrive in their daily lives. My experience working with children on the autism spectrum has equipped me with patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges that come with childcare.
