About Sofia

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I've dedicated the past five years to fostering children's growth and development. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, working professionally in a daycare setting, and my desire to make a positive impact on young lives. Patient, calm, creative, and friendly, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day. I am comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents and enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and educational games that promote learning. With First Aid Training, CPR Training, and a solid foundation in Early Childhood Education, including coursework in Early Child Development, I am well-equipped to handle any situation. I am currently studying Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
