About Sofia

I've always been passionate about children and their development, so I decided to become a nanny while I balance working toward my goal of becoming an elementary school teacher. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and honest. I'm also comfortable with pets, have a car, and speak both English and Spanish. When it comes to communication, I prefer to follow the parents' preferred method and provide regular updates. I have little experience in at home caretaking, but have worked directly with kids in classrooms (elementary and middle school) for 3 years and I'm more than comfortable caring for up to two children. I love playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, arts/crafts, and engaging in any niche interests with children. I am also more than happy to assist in homework help as needed. I believe in fostering a child's growth and development, and making a positive impact in their lives. I'd love to get to know you and your family and help any way that I can :)!
