About Sofa

Hi!! I am currently finishing my bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, aspiring to become a Physician Assistant. I am a Medical Assistant with experience in urgent care as well as family medicine and have an active BLS certification. My experience with children includes volunteering with third graders and working as a dental and orthodontic assistant specializing in pediatrics. Working in pediatrics allowed me to understand each child is unique and needs to be attended to in a manner that works for that child specifically. Due to the dental field being scary for kids I often assisted with kids who were scared, anxious, and stressed, and was able to make them comfortable through patience and kindness. I enjoy working out, swimming, sailing, paddle boarding, and in my free time I often can be found studying.
