Mia has taken care of my daughter daily from age 4 months to 1 year old. On several occasions she has also cared for my 3 year old son. She has every quality we wanted and needed in a caregiver: patience, calm demeanor, engaging, creative, nurturing, respectful, flexible and extremely reliable. Her background experience in infant/toddler childcare drew us to her and we have grown to love her. We will miss her and know the next family she chooses will be so lucky to have her!
