I am very welcoming and personable allowing me to connect with each kids personalities. I love getting to know each kid and help them and learn about what they need the best I can. I prioritize clear and open communication with parents, ensuring they're always informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. I firmly believe in the importance of structure and routine, and I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules in a gentle yet consistent manner. I love the outdoors and games and crafts so I'm happy to do any of that or help the kids with any of the interest they may have. I have taken a CPR course a while back when I went to dental assisting school and I have taken a few classes in child development. Whether it's helping with meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, or supervising swimming, I'm always ready to lend a helping hand.
