About Skylar

Hello Everyone!!! My name is Skylar and I have been a resident of Mashpee all my life! I've worked with children since I was 15 years old through the Mashpee Recreation where I started, as well as the Boys and Girls Club of Cape Cod for 8 years, pertaining several different roles. I have been in charge of a group of children in grades 1st-2nd grade, as well as 3 other counselors. I have been a Head Lifeguard for 3 years, which consisted of monitoring children's safety as well as conducting swim test. I have worked with all ages from 1st-12th grade, with some knowledge of working with children below 1st grade. I have made monthly curriculum for students, involving community service, arts and crafts, stem, and literacy. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Westfield State University in May 2024, I'm currently working towards my masters at Boston University. I'm looking to take off some time in the summer, and looking for babysitting opportunities! Please feel free to contact me!
