About Skyla

I started as a babysitter at age 13. I provided care to children by engaging in fun and educational activities, preparing healthy meals, assisting with homework and light housework duties, as well as any other tasks and duties required. I was employed by multiple families for various periods of time. I also worked as a children's ski instructor for three years. I have worked as an Early Childhood Teacher at a daycare: developing lesson plans to stimulate and develop mental progresses, assisting children with physical necessities, toileting and/or diapering, and medical emergencies, as well as providing a well-rounded day of activity. Additionally, I lessened inappropriate behavior and redirected children to appropriate actions by applying Positive Child Guidance techniques to help children learn to manage their own behavior in a positive manner. I am First Aide and CPR certified, and I will take great care of your kids!
