We met with Skie for a couple of hours to discuss our needs and her experience. We agreed to have two short trial afternoons to make certain both parties agree to the terms. The first day she called and indicated her husband had an accident so she couldn’t make it. The next time she indicated that her dog had to be put down due to an illness. I gave her the option to skip further dialogue, but she indicated she really wanted the job. I setup two more short periods for a trial and she agreed. This time she just didn’t show up and no call indicating she would not be coming. I would not hire for anything.
