I have been a nanny for 5 years & counting. Providing attentive & nurturing care customized to the families needs. Assisting with feeding, burping, diaper changing, & soothing the baby to sleep. Implementing sleep/potty training techniques as directed by the parents. Maintaining a clean & safe environment for the baby at all times. Planning activities & incorporating lessons throughout the day. Provable experience Certification of infant CPR & first aid Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Ability to work independently & adapt to changing schedules Willingness to adhere to the family's preferences & routines Availability to work day shift anytime from 7am-9 p.m. M-F & some weekends as needed. Siwe was great with my son and was excellent at working with his changing routine. We did have to address her attire to be professional and family friendly. I offered 5 sick days and 2 weeks pto for a part time job- which is what I was given as a full time salaried professional. It was very disappointing that this was an issue for her. I would recommend Siwe to someone, but clear expectation should be outlined on light tidying and time off.
