Hi there! I'm an upbeat and patient caregiver with a background in teaching and counseling. I previously served as a Sunday school teacher and had the privilege of working one-on-one with a girl who had nonverbal autism spectrum disorder. This experience led me to assist her at home and during outings at the request of her mother. During the summers, I worked at an overnight camp, where I lived with and cared for 18 campers. I cherished every moment spent with them, from teaching them how to swim to playing countless rounds of gaga during our "free" hour and helping them perfect their marshmallow roasting skills. In my cabin, I had the opportunity to support girls with social and learning disabilities, ensuring they had an equal and unforgettable camp experience. Furthermore, I hold certification in mental health first aid. With my diverse experience and passion for making a positive impact, I'm excited to work with your child!
