As a caregiver, my day starts early in the morning, and it is packed with various tasks that revolve around the needs of the people I take care of. My day usually starts with waking up and preparing breakfast for my clients. I make sure to follow their dietary requirements, and I always try to make their meals nutritious and appetizing. After breakfast, I assist them with their daily routines, such as brushing their teeth, bathing, and getting dressed. And I try to get them out of the house either for walks and fresh air.
