As an Aunt and big cousin, I know firsthand how it takes a village to raise kids. And with my genuine love for nurturing, supporting, and playing with kids, I'm looking to connect with families to offer care. With more than 10 years of experience in childcare, my approach is simple and rooted in building trust and respect. At the end of the day, kids are learning to navigate the ups and downs of life. Between my career in marketing and years of babysitting, I understand the importance of open communication and collaboration with parents. We'll work together so I can understand current routines, rules, expectations and unique needs of each child. Together, we can build a partnership that will make it easy on everyone - including the kids. Safety is always my top priority. Whether we're focusing on routines or playing, I'll create and maintain a secure environment for the kids. I'm open to taking on other tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.
