As a caregiver and alumni of the Au pair program, my years of experience have instilled in me the importance of providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in Au pair placements and long term nanny positions, where I discovered the joy of supporting families and the profound impact I could have on a child's development. Every family I work with becomes part of my community, and I find immense fulfillment in sharing my culture and watching children blossom under my care. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my friendly and approachable demeanor, allows me to build strong relationships with the children I care for. I believe in open communication with parents and strive to keep them informed about their child's day, addressing any issues promptly. Regarding household rules, I find it essential to follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style.
