Sindy worked with us for almost two years and took care of our two boys. A lot of this was during the pandemic, when there was a lot of stress all around and she graciously on short notice agreed to help take care of our older son when his preschool was temporarily closed. She had a calming effect on the entire household with her demeanor, kindness, competence, and loving nature. She always showed up on time, stayed late when needed even if it was not convenient, and took great care of the kids without ever taking a break. During nap time, she never rested and did cleaning, laundry, and meal prep for the kids. She never complained and took feedback very well, quickly doing whatever we asked. Within a couple of weeks of hiring her, we were able to tell that she could be trusted 100% with anything, and she took better care of the kids than we did in many ways. We have interviewed many nannies and hired a few, an she's far above the rest. We can't recommend her highly enough!!!
