Simran watched my 3 month old son at the time for almost 6 months, part-time. She always let me know when she was on her way. She was kind, caring, responsible, and trusting. She followed instructions, adhered to routine, and asked questions if there was something she was uncertain about. She helped my son hit milestones (sitting up, tummy time) and was excited when doing so. I still keep in touch with Simran today and is always invited to family gatherings.
