I'd describe my personality as creative, determined and confident. I like working with kids because the little things they do bring so much joy. Seeing them excited and helping them out feels good. I love and take pride in the feeling of having a special role in making their day better or teaching them something new. I love the fact that I get to be a part of their world and have a chance to help them grow. I started working with kids at maybe 11yo. As the big sister/auntie I've always helped with anything and everything my younger siblings have needed. I also have experience in leading outdoor education for middle schoolers at the san bruno mountains ropes course. My favorite skills include Problem solving & communication!! I absolutely think these things are so important especially for younger kids to learn because even some of us big kids struggle with it. I'd also say I'm a very "work with what I got" kind of person and can always brainstorm fun activities big and small.
