I am a student at UMB looking for occasional babysitting during the day or for a date night! I have five years of experience with children ages 6-13, including children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I currently work with adolescents with autism in helping them build skills for independence in their homes and the community, as well as intern with foster youth. When I work with children, I aim to have fun and make sure they are comfortable with me. As a student, I understand the importance of schedules and responsibility, so you can always depend on me to be punctual and prepared for your family. I am a non-smoker and have a vehicle, so transportation will never be an issue. The safety of your child is of 100% importance to me, and I always make sure to check for allergies and have emergency contacts.

Simone immediately hit it off with our four year old daughter and two year old son. Within 30 minutes of her interview starting, both kids were playing happily with her. That's really rare for them because they don't always take quickly to new people. We have had Simone sit for us once already and it was perfect; we have additional times scheduled as well. She's very special and we are very thankful to have found her!
