Silvana worked as a nanny for my two eldest children, then ages 2 and 4, for 1.5 years. She is terrific - my children ADORED her, and she truly became a part of our family. I recommend her wholeheartedly and without reservation. Silvana is hard-working and always eager to help however she can. This includes childcare and general housekeeping, of course, but she also is keenly aware of what a family needs. Above all else, though - Silvana LOVES children. Other parents who saw her on the playground would feed back to me that she was always running around with my children and never on her mobile or chatting. Silvana would come up with games for them, and even developed a "mini nursery" for my youngest and her friends when my daughter was sad that her brother was starting school! She is creative and fun; she loved my children as her own, and they loved her. In short, I highly recommend Silvana. Any family would be lucky to hire her.
