Picking someone for the 1st time to care for your child is a very scary thing. You can rest assured that if you pick Silvana you're in good hands, and more importantly your child is in good hands. She is an excellent nanny in every way. My child took to her immediately, and she kept engaged with him the entire time. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
